President’s Remarks:
- The November 2023 meeting minutes were approved.
- All service contracts are under review. To that end, Always Green has been contracted for landscape maintenance.
- The Legacy is at the beginning of the fourth year of a five year limited warranty for road resurfacing that was conducted in October 2020. Therefore, the HOA Board is investigating options for road replacement. The cost for resurfacing the Legacy roadways is estimated to be just over $665,000 which equates to $4,600 per lot. Another option for paying for road replacement is to petition to be a Special Taxing District. To that end, the HOA board met with County Councilman, Mike Masciarelli, on September 21, 2023, to discuss the requirements and logistics for establishing a special taxing district. The next step of County assessment of all Hunters Ridge Plantation roadways will occur by the end of March. This assessment will provide the cost estimates and assessment cap.
- The flag pole at the entrance of the neighborhood has been repaired.
- Update on Middle School walkway landscaping needs: we received a letter from our attorney to be jointly signed by HOA and the homeowner adjacent to the walkway specifying agreement for landscape maintenance. Awaiting homeowner to finalize the agreement in order to complete the one-time landscape maintenance.
Secretary's Remarks:
- Multiple inquires were made via email, two of which were related to HOA dues for 2024 and the balance were ARB requests.

- American Swimming Pool Company will replace the salt generator next week.

Treasurer's Report:

Dues for 2024 are considered past due April 1, 2024. Dues received before April 1st will receive a $30 discount for a total payment of $450.00. Dues received after April 1st will be $480.00. Make checks payable to Hunters Ridge Legacy HOA with a reference to your lot number in the memo. Mail your payment to Sisbro Properties P.O. Box 405 Myrtle Beach, SC 29578.

Thank you to all homeowners who have paid their dues on time to help the Legacy community meet the needs of its annual budget.
- Delinquent HOA Dues Letters have been sent to all homeowners currently in arrears for HOA dues. The next step is to turn unresolved issues over to the HOA's counsel for legal action.
