Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM on January 10, 2023

 

Executive Board in Attendance

Michael Burrell - President

Grant Reynolds - Vice President

Debbie Tompkins - Secretary

Bill Petras - At-Large

 

President’s Remarks:

  • The November 2022 annual meeting minutes were approved.
  • The notice for annual dues will be delivered soon.  The annual dues will remain $400 per year for 2023.  To avoid late fees, please pay by April 1, 2023.
  • We solicited grounds maintenance contract proposals.  Five proposals were received with Long Bay winning the contract.
  • We solicited pool maintenance contract proposals.  Two proposals were received with Fanta Sea continuing as pool service provider.
  • We solicited property management contract proposals.  Two proposals were received with Sisbro continuing as property management provider.
  • We entered into a one year contract with a trapper.  Thus far, three beavers have been trapped.  

Secretary's Remarks: 

  • There were two homeowner inquires via email since November 2022 meeting.
  • It would be beneficial to have email contact with homeowners.  If you feel inclined, submit your personal email through the Contact Us page.  

 Committees:

Pool

  • The pool was winterized and closed for the season.

ARB

  • No report

Treasurer's Report:

  • The monthly report from Sisbro was not available prior to the scheduled bi-monthly meeting.

 Homeowners Forum - 0 homeowners in attendance. 

  • The no parking sign at Hunters Trail and Stump Blind Trail was damaged; reflectors are missing on fire hydrants in neighborhood; catch basin near 2472 Hunters Trail is full. Board Response:  repairs will be coordinated.

 Meeting was adjourned at 6:05 PM

 

The next meeting will be on Tuesday, March 14th at the Holy Lamb Lutheran Church on Forestbrook Road at 5:30 PM.
