President’s Remarks:
- The July 13, 2021 meeting minutes were approved.
- The Board will seek to fill the positions of Treasurer, ARB and Pool Coordinator at the Annual Meeting.

Reported homeowner inquiries via email.

The pool will close for the season on October 1, 2021.

Homeowners seeking approval for fencing and driveway extension.

Homeowners Forum - 1 homeowner in attendance.
- Homeowner suggested a New Neighbor Packet for new arrivals to the neighborhood to include Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Board Response: Sisbro properties is responsible for providing pertinent information to new homeowners. Also, Covenants, Fine Schedule, and ARB Documents are easily assessible on the community website.
- Homeowner reported the flag pole at entrance needs maintenance. Board Response: Bill Petras will investigate.
- Homeowner requested an additional speed bump on Hunters Trail. Board Response: Mike Burrell and Bill Petras will evaluate the need with homeowner.
- Homeowner questioned the ownership of the property for sale on each side of the Panther Parkway entrance. Board Response: Board will investigate. The Board determined that the owner of the property on the west corner of Panther Parkway and Forestbrook Road (4 acres) is Leo Wallace III, PO Box 102, Salisbury, NC, 28145-0102, and the owner of the property on the east corner (1 acre) is TBNJ LLC, PO Box 6940, Myrtle Beach, SC. Stono Village HOA INC., 1110 London St #103, Myrtle Beach, SC owns 2.67 acres of property that surrounds the one acre owned by TBNJ, LLC.
Next meeting will be on November 13, 2021 at the Holy Lamb Lutheran Church on Forestbrook Road at 10:00 A.M.
