Since the COVID-19 rate in Horry County and our zip code of 29588 has continued to climb, the Board considers it prudent to cancel the September 8, 2020 meeting for the safety of those that may attend. Meanwhile, the Board has concluded the process that places Legacy roads in a position to have all traffic laws enforced. Signage will be installed soon to alert residents and others that law enforcement can now take formal action to address violations of the South Carolina Motor Vehicle Code.
In addition, the Board has also formally finalized its ARB regulations and fine structure as required by the recently passed HOA legislation.
We are also on schedule to have our roads rejuvenated in October. Homeowners will be getting additional information on this process as we get closer to confirmation of the date.
