Meeting called to order at 5:30 P.M. on March 10th, 2020

President’s Remarks 

  • The January 2020 meeting minutes were approved.
  • The Board has entered into a contract with Total Asphalt for refurbishment/seal-coating the Legacy roads.  The work will be done during the summer months to limit traffic interference.  The set-up time for the seal-coat is two hours.  The cost for the application is $62,116.00.   Sisbro Properties will communicate the time and day of application with homeowners and will coordinate with the Plantation.
  • Annual dues will remain $400 per year for 2020.  $350 will go to the general fund and $50 will go to the road fund.  Dues for the current year are considered past due April 1, 2020.  Make checks payable to Hunters Ridge Legacy HOA with a reference to your lot number in the memo.  Mail your payment to Sisbro Properties P.O. Box 405 Myrtle Beach, SC 29578.

Financial

April 1, 2020 is the deadline for HOA dues.

 

Homeowners Forum - 1 homeowner in attendance. 

  • Multiple landscaping issues were reported including blocked fire hydrants.  Board Response:  The Board contacted the Horry County Fire Department regarding the fire hydrant concerns.  The Fire Department reviewed the locations provided by an owner and filed a complaint with Grand Strand Water & Sewer (the agency responsible for clear area around fire hydrants).  Grand Strand Water & Sewer will be reviewing ALL fire hydrants in the Legacy sub-division and will send letters to property owners as they determine appropriate.  Should a homeowner not respond as requested, Grand Strand Water & Sewer will take action to clear the fire hydrants as identified.
  • Is there an update on the DOT owned lot? Board response: No, HOA will contact Sisbro properties for an update.

 

 Next meeting will be on May 12th, 2020 at the Holy Lamb Lutheran Church on Forestbrook Road at 5:30 PM.
