Homeowners Forum - 12 homeowners in attendance.
- The speed bumps are too high. Board response: The speed bumps/humps are a nominal 3.5 inches high and span 9 feet. These attributes reasonably comport with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) design criteria. There is no current plan to do anything to or about the speed bumps.
- Why are the dues increasing? Board response: The HOA dues are being increased as a reasonable methodology for the timely accrual of assets to provide the liquidity necessary to pay for future repairs.
- When are the HOA dues past due (date not included on the statement)? Board Response: April 1st, 2018
- Four homeowners reported flooding/drainage issues. Board Response: See President's remarks above.
- Complaint about yard maintenance. Board Response: A letter will be sent to the homeowner.
