The costs of goods and services to maintain the Association (maintenance obligations and normally recurring financial obligations) continue to
increase, while revenues (dues) have remained steady over the last 8 years. The Board, by unanimous vote, has determined that it is now prudent to increase the annual dues by 17%
($50.00) per year. As authorized in Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Section 3, Maximum Annual Assessment, the Board is limited to an annual dues increase of 20
percent. After consideration, the Board concluded that the 17% increase was adequate to maintain proper cash balances, at this time. This increase in dues will take effect with the
2017
dues. Action item: Willie will notify SisBro Properties. - Road improvement proposal. Action item: Willie and Mike will investigate the ramifications of turning roads over to the county prior to the annual meeting.
